Gold Leaf garden design

Our Gold Leaf garden design service caters for the larger (over 200 sq m) or more complex garden.

Step 1 Meeting and Consultation

We will meet you at your home to discuss the issues involved, your aspirations, tastes and the practical aspects. Within 5 working days, you will receive: -

• A summary of our understanding of your requirements
• Our design intentions and quotation

Step 2 Dimensional Survey

On receipt of your written order, we will arrange to carry out a full topographical survey of your garden. If the work involves walls, bridges or other substantial structures, subject to your approval, we may have to employ other professionals (e.g. construction engineers) and pass their invoices onto you at cost.

Possible disbursements such as planning application fees, land survey and soil testing charges will be passed on to you at cost.

Step 3 Concept Plans and Sketches

We will thoughtfully condense all the information gathered and produce a concept plan and present it to you. We will note any agreed changes and amend the design accordingly.

Step 4   Completed Master Design/Planting Plan

We will present a carefully considered colour presentation plan which will include a planting plan overlay and plant schedule.
