Contract monitoring services

The important steps we take to ensure the successful construction of your new garden.

• Draw up job specifications and scope of work documents.
• Draw up engineering drawings for certain elements of the work, liaising with consultants where necessary.
• Find three interested and qualified contractors.
• Send job specification pack to all three contractors and meet them on site if necessary.
• Agree criteria for selection of contractor and discuss estimates with client
• Negotiate with successful contractor on price and dates for commencement and completion etc.
• Place order on behalf of the client.
• Supervise the setting out.
• Attend the site if required liaising with the contractor and client  throughout the course of the work.
• Keep a photographic record and liaise regularly with the client.
• Supervise setting out of the plants.
• Agree on final handover.
